Following some research into the traditions for Valentines Day I discovered that in the Middle Ages young men and women used to celebrate this special occasion by drawing names from a bowl to see who their valentines would be.

They would then wear these names on their sleeves for the entire next week. A bit like wearing your heart on your sleeve… We’ve put together some little treats that we’re sure your special someone would be thrilled to wear... C’mon make it happen!
