DELIVERY

Domestic

All deliveries are Registered using Australia Post and charged at a flat rate of $9.95 for a single item or $14.95 for 2 or more items. All orders are shipped twice weekly on a Tuesday or Thursday.

Orders received by 9am AEST on the shipping day and pending credit verification will be dispatched same day. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday Or Public Holiday will be shipped on the closest relevant shipping day. Please allow 2 - 3 business days from your shipping day for delivery.

Registered Post requires signature on delivery and therefore if you are not there at the time of delivery a card will be left instructing you to make pick up at your nearest post office.

Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.

International

All deliveries will be made using Australia Post International Air Parcel Post service and charged at a flat rate of $29.95 for a single item or $39.95 for 2 or more items. All orders are shipped twice weekly on a Tuesday or Thursday. Orders received by 9am AEST on the shipping day and pending credit verification will be dispatched same day. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be shipped on the closest relevant shipping day. Please allow 7 – 14 business days from your shipping day for delivery depending on your country.

Your order may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to determine applicable rates. Any additional charge must be paid by the recipient.

All currency is in Australian Dollars. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.
