At Design A Space we always attempt to provide as much information relating to an item’s sizing and fit. Whilst our designers do generally stay true to these Australian measurements there are instances where there are slight fluctuations. If this is the case we will try and have it noted in the item’s description to help you make the right sizing choice.

JEWELLERY AND RINGS

Please use these measurements as a guide only. It is always best to have your ring size measured using a ring sizer (available at all jewellery stores) to ensure the right size is chosen. Custom size orders may take up to 2 weeks to be made from your order date.

Delivery Information

DELIVERY

Domestic

Deliveries are made using Australia Post Express Satchels and are FREE for all orders within Australia. All orders are shipped twice weekly on a Tuesday or Thursday.

Orders received by 9am AEST on the shipping day and pending credit verification will be dispatched same day. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday Or Public Holiday will be shipped on the closest relevant shipping day. Please allow up to 2 business days from your shipping day for delivery.

Please have someone present at the delivery address for delivery or have somewhere safe and suitable for it to be left, otherwise a card will be left instructing you to make pick up at your nearest post office.

Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.

International

All deliveries will be made using Australia Post International Air Parcel Post service and charged at a flat rate of $29.95 for a single item or $39.95 for 2 or more items. All orders are shipped twice weekly on a Tuesday or Thursday. Orders received by 9am AEST on the shipping day and pending credit verification will be dispatched same day. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be shipped on the closest relevant shipping day. Please allow 7 – 14 business days from your shipping day for delivery depending on your country.

Your order may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to determine applicable rates. Any additional charge must be paid by the recipient.

All currency is in Australian Dollars. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.
